Privacy

Logbook.tools stores the entries you log, your account details, and minimal session data to keep you signed in. Nothing else.

What we store

Account: email, name, password (hashed), language, active logbooks.
Entries: the data you enter for each logbook (dates, sites, equipment, notes).
Session: a token cookie to keep you signed in.

What we do not do

No third-party analytics or trackers.
No selling or sharing of your data, ever.
No advertising.

Your data

You can export your full logbook to CSV at any time. You can delete your account from settings, which removes your records and anonymises your account.
